Came up short against Brookwood

In our second showing against Brookwood, Shore came up short, but had a noticably better game!  It was neck-in-neck at halftime with the game tied.  Our attack was moving the ball well, finding the back of the next and drawing fouls.  Eliz K and the middies took control of the draw, winning almost all of them the first half.  Kudos to them for fighting hard around the circle.  Defense was quiet the first half and made it a goal to be more communicative the second half of the game.  The second half we went scoreless and although we had a strong defensive presence, they were able to squeak through our stalwart defense to notch a few more goals.  Kudos to Elizabeth R for an outstanding game, ultimately slowing down their top goal scorer, and to Ayla and Audrina, Ari, Delilah and Lillith for a strong presence on D!  Kudos to Lilly and Viv for their fiestyness in the attack, too!
