  • Creative Content Specialist

    Shore Country Day School is seeking a highly motivated and innovative Creative Content Specialist to join the Marketing & Communications team. This role collaborates across the school community, advancing the Shore brand by bringing the school’s mission, values, and daily life into focus through dynamic, engaging storytelling. Key areas: generating compelling written content that highlights campus life and communicates the value of a Shore education across multiple channels such as news blogs, email newsletters, magazine articles, and social media; producing and curating photo and video assets that support the school’s storytelling efforts, highlighting campus life and documenting key events and moments; reviewing and editing content to ensure clarity, consistency, and alignment with the school’s voice and messaging; developing and managing creative social media content and strategy for Shore’s digital channels; using analytics to evaluate the effectiveness of digital and social media initiatives, helping to inform and refine strategy over time.

    Collaboration is at the heart of this role, with regular partnership across departments and programs. The ideal candidate brings a flexible, team-oriented mindset and a willingness to contribute to a variety of projects as needs evolve. Occasional evening and weekend availability is required to support school events and initiatives.

  • Athletic Director, Physical Education Teacher, and Coach

    The Athletic Director is a dynamic leader responsible for the strategic vision and administrative management of the school’s athletic program (Grades 6-8). Supported by an Assistant Athletic Director (Chair of Physical Education Department), the Director ensures a cohesive progression from foundational movement to competitive middle school sports. This role requires a dedicated educator-leader who balances administrative duties with excellence in teaching and coaching. The Athletic Director is responsible for fostering a culture of sportsmanship and collaboration, ensuring that the program remains a vital part of the student experience, where teamwork and physical growth are celebrated throughout the school community.

  • Lead Cook

    This position will prepare and cook foods from scratch as determined by the Executive Chef/ Nutrition Director; position will observe all verbal and written procedures regarding the menu production, recipe methods, cooking techniques and food presentation.
