Back-To-School Picnic and Volunteer Fair

Shore’s Back-To-School Picnic and Volunteer Fair was a lively and wholesome family event, and we were so fortunate to have a fantastic turnout from our community! A packed field and picnic area complete with lawn games, a bouncy house, and The Cravery ice cream truck made the experience full of special moments for our attendees, specifically the many new students and families who we welcomed to campus for one of the first times. It was an exciting event for all ages, as quality time spent in the picnic area allowed for intermingling with new faces and cultivated opportunities for connection between new classmates, while many younger students enjoyed the bouncy house, cornhole, and small sided soccer game- which is tradition at this point whenever our students have a free moment on the field.

The hard work and dedication of our SFA was on full display, as our great community turnout to celebrate our volunteers was only matched by the number of volunteers who arrived, ready and willing as always, to pitch in and lend a hand. The atmosphere was joyful and welcoming as new friendships blossomed and old friends spent quality time together under the warm sunshine, and the chatter extended well into the afternoon as more and more people arrived and settled in on campus. It was a perfect way to kick off what’s looking like a great year ahead for the whole extended Shore family!
