Shore Sports Update: February 22

Dates to Know
  • Thursday, February 22: Final interscholastic games of the basketball season
  • Week of Feb 26 - 29: Winter Sports continue including the annual 3v3 basketball tournament!
  • Tuesday, March 5: Final session for Squash + Paddle
  • Wednesday, March 6: Spring Sport Information Meetings @ 3:45 (for athletes) 
  • Thursday, March 7: Winter Sports/Theater Celebration  
  • Tuesday, March 26: Spring Sports Begin!
Uniforms
Basketball players are asked to make every effort to return their uniform to their coach by Monday, February 26. 

Winter Celebration
  • The Winter Celebration consists of two parts.
    • 2:50 - 3:15 - Team/Cast Gatherings in classrooms where coaches will celebrate individual team members.
    • 3:20 - 3:55 - Upper School assembly in the Trustey Theater. Friends, parents, and caregivers are welcome to attend this portion of the Winter Celebration where team leaders will share season highlights followed by a slideshow of Shore students in action this past season.

Spring Sports
 
Upper School students have confirmed their spring sport selections. The deadline has passed for making a change in a sport selection. Spring sport informational meetings for the athletes will take place on Wednesday, March 6, at 3:45 p.m. At the meeting, coaches will share expectations for the season, schedule information, and equipment needs.
