Shore vs Brookwood
Playing with a short bench, Shore players gave every ounce of effort they could muster. Brookwood scored first but Shore came back and the game was tied 2-2 at halftime. In the second half, Brookwood's pressure on our defense was relentless. They scored two goals in the 3rd quarter to take a 4-2 lead into the final quarter. Shore played with tenacity in the 4th and came close to scoring but, in the end, Brookwood earned the win. It was impressive to see Shore players adapting their play on the speedy turf and playing unfamiliar positions to benefit the team. Well played, Shore!
