Investing inYour Child’s Future

We believe the lifelong value of an independent school education should be accessible to everyone, regardless of financial resources. The Shore community is made stronger by the enrollment of families from a full spectrum of economic circumstances. We encourage you to consider Shore no matter how much tuition you can afford to pay.

Making Shore Affordable

List of 3 items.

  • Paying Tuition You Can Afford

Shore sets families’ tuition at the level they can afford; we determine each individual family’s ability to pay by evaluating a range of factors. Many Shore families sacrifice to pay tuition at the highest level, while many more contribute at reduced levels that fairly reflect their ability to pay. With over $1 million available annually to bridge the difference between the amount of tuition families are able to pay and the full cost of a Shore education, we are committed to making our school as accessible as possible. Financial assistance is funded at Shore through a combination of Endowed Funds, Operating Budget, The Shore Fund, and the generosity of the Shore Families Association.

  • Making the Most of Your Payments

The tuition you pay includes the cost of classroom supplies, day and overnight field trips, school pictures and yearbook, and a daily snack and lunch. Varied payment schedules are available through Tuition Management to meet your family’s budgeting needs.
  • Sustaining and Re-Using

With economy and sustainability in mind, all Shore parents are invited to exchange used sports equipment and gently-used dress code apparel through the school’s “Replay” program.
