Alumni Association Hosts Virtual Panel Discussion
On May 11, the Shore Alumni Association hosted its first event, a virtual panel discussion entitled “Business Leaders Navigating Towards A New Normal.” This terrific conversation featured three members of the Class of 2008—Arthur Piantedosi ’08, Molly Friedman ’08, and Connor Cash ’08—and was moderated by Taylor Chin ’11.
Over the course of an hour, Arthur, Molly and Connor each shared how they’ve led their businesses through the ups and downs, and twists and turns of the past two years. The discussion touched on the following questions:
- What unique challenges did you face?
- What did you and your team have to do to adapt?
- Do you think some of the new trends we are seeing are here to stay? To what extent do you think what you’ve learned and the ways you’ve adapted will become the norm?
- Tell us about a recent victory!
- How has Shore had an impact on your lives—professional, friendships, passions, etc.?
As the panel wrapped up, attendees shared their enthusiasm through the chat:
