To finish your Summer Shore registration, please download and complete the camper forms below. One completed set is required for each child you register for Summer Shore camps.

In order for your registration to be complete, you must submit all required camper forms PLUS payment by check to Shore Country Day School. All checks should be made out to Shore Country Day School. You may e-mail the completed forms to Jocelyn Norris, Director of Auxiliary Programs, at  jnorris@shoreschool.org, or mail forms and payment to:
