A hard fought win

The girls came out strong and went up quickly to a 7-4 lead.  However, Fay never gave up and came back hard in the second half.  Our offense had 5 girls each with 2 goals.  Our defense had to work hard throughout the entire game with Fay dominating ground balls.  Our team worked hard as a unit and played until the final whistle.  This was our first real challenge and the girls stayed strong.  We learned a lot about ourselves and will be a better team from this win.
