Fenn Wins Defensive Battle
SCDS took on Fenn, with both teams battling until the final whistle. Shore played outstanding defensive basketball, holding Fenn to 17 points in the game, and only 7 in the second half. Late in the game Shore closed the gap to one with a fast break layup. Fenn then hit a clutch three pointer to put them up four. Shore answered with two points of their own, cutting the lead to two. With time winding down in the second half, Fenn hit two clutch free throws, building their lead to four. Shore was unable to overcome this 4 point deficit in the final seconds. Shore fought hard until the last second, playing tough defensively and working well as a team.
