Welcome to Shore! Since our founding in 1936, Shore Country Day School students have benefitted from the loyalty and generosity of an extended community of friends; notably our trustees, parents, grandparents, alumni, and faculty and staff. We are truly grateful for this support and engagement each year.
The office of advancement is where we build and maintain these community connections and oversee the fundraising programs to realize Shore’s fullest potential, provide the best possible experience for students as well as ensure the long-term growth and stability of the school. Whether you are an alumnus or alumna from years ago, a parent of a current student, a grandparent or special friend, you have something to contribute to our community. We are eager to meet you, learn about your interests, and connect you in a meaningful way to this remarkable school.
By sharing your gifts of time, talent, and treasure with our students and faculty, you strengthen the Shore community for teaching and a lifetime of learning. We invite you to volunteer, to participate in the life of the school, and to get involved in Shore today.
We encourage and celebrate gifts of all sizes to Shore. Gifts to The Shore Fund enhance and enrich the experiences of our students and support the faculty at Shore each and every year. Every gift, no matter the size, help students of today and tomorrow thrive.
Yours is a lifelong relationship with generations of Shore families who contribute to society and their communities in a number of ways, and we look forward to meeting you. Thank you for preserving excellence at Shore now and for the future.
