Shore Graduate Selected for Junior Olympics

Alex “Allie” Sardo ’09 has been selected to compete in the Junior Olympics for Field Hockey this August in Virginia Beach, Virginia.
Allie had been selected to the National Futures Championship, representing Massachusetts Region 2, and traveled to Virginia Beach this past June. There are eleven regions and a total of 4,800 athletes that compete. From this pool, USA Field Hockey and AAU Junior Olympic committee select 120 players to compete in the Junior Olympics, of which Allie was one!
